I had met better women in my life, but they didn't want me. I used to try to put a woman at the center of my life. Now I feel I am at the center of my own life.
The therapy has helped me to become capable of feeling comfortable when I am alone and when I am with other people.
It has helped me to be a stronger person and to stand up for myself more.
Unfortunately, Dr. Janov greatly overrated the benefits of his therapy in his first book, The Primal Scream.
Primal Therapy, when it works, isn't like the type of weekend seminar where people come out of it feeling great, and then in one week their new energy is less. Unfortunately, there are some rough times in Primal Therapy. It is not an easy road.
